The voice of We the People of the State of Georgia.

The Georgia de jure Assembly is a group of non-politically motivated people from all backgrounds — artisans, farmers, and entrepreneurs — over the age of 18, who understand the rightful place with our governing officials. As a fourth arm of the government, the Georgia de jure Assembly has been given the proper authority, as described in our founding documents, to monitor Georgia’s governmental council of appointed public servants to ensure they act on behalf of “We the People” of the free and independent State of Georgia with full compliance to their Constitutional oaths.

Our mission is to achieve full compliance of our public servants at every level of government statewide including your local Board of Education Members, Traffic Court Justices, Sheriffs, and the Governor. We wish to return our State to its People and to the original “Law of the Land.”

Georgia de jure Assembly,

Common Law Grand Jury

Unlike the European model described in the Magna Carta where the King descended to the level of the people to establish laws that were common to the King and the people, the American Republic has never had a King or a class of Nobility that sits above the people. We the People are the founders of this country, and the idea of Sovereignty being held by the people has been a theme of this land long before the Europeans settled it. The Iroquois Indians have the world’s oldest living constitution and it’s still in force.

The Iroquois had the Great Peace Counsel or the Long House Counsel that was the governing body made up of all those who wanted to participate and be heard. From this concept we derive our lawful right to assemble and call a grand jury.

Communities are assembling.

Every County can form their own respective Assembly to deliberate and decide what the laws are for each respective area. This is how it was established from the beginning. It’s only natural for us to live with and around others with like values and ideas about religion, education, culture, and social preferences. It’s the right of the people to decide what that community looks like.

The Fourth Arm of the government.

The Georgia Assembly is a group of non-politically motivated men and women, 18 years and older, who understand the rightful place with our governing officials. As a fourth arm of the government, the Georgia Assembly has been given the proper authority, as described in our founding documents, to monitor Georgia’s public servants to ensure they act on behalf of “We the People” with full compliance to their Constitutional oaths.

Our mission is to achieve full compliance of our public servants at every level of government statewide including your local Board of Education Members, Traffic Court Justices, Sheriffs and the Governor. We wish to return our state to its People and to the original “Law of the Land.”

Attend a public assembly forum.

We peaceably assemble to appoint officers, vote to install a de Jure governing body, collect and discuss evidence of crimes against the People, decide on the proper redress of grievances, decide on the process, procedures, statutes, and limitations of their state or county, investigate any matter that affects the People, call for a de Jure Grand Jury, and to command the activity of the organized civilian defense to defend the Constitution against enemies both foreign and domestic.
